In the Search/Cortana box (Windows 10), or Click on the Start button in Windows 7, Search programs and files box type in Remote Desktop and choose the Remote Desktop Connection application.   Enter the computer nameto connect to.   While at home, if you cannot connect, enter the full computer name, adding the .llcc.edu at the end (Ex. MN2278-IT-JC.llcc.edu) or enter the IP Address. Expand the Show Options menu Select the Local Resources tab. Select Configure Settings Remote Audio Recording should be set to Record from this computer.   Select More… under Local Devices and Resources Expand the Video Capture Devices and select them all. Select Connect Enter your credentials to connect to your office computer. Should be in the format of llcc\username, you may need to enter your LLCC Email address if not able to connect.   If this is not in this format, click on More choices > Use a different account and enter your information as llcc\username and password or try your LLCC Email address and password.  c. OK to connect.

Go to the Applications folder and open Microsoft Remote Desktop. Click on New Button. Input these settings: Connection Name:  This is the Computer Machine Name PC Name: This is the Computer Machine Name User Name: llcc\username Password: password When finished click on the little red button on the finder bar. On the next screen select the computer name in the list under My Desktops, click Start.   Disconnect from the Remote Desktop Connection Click on the Start button, to the right of Log Off, click the arrow and Disconnect.
