Verify that your workstation meets the minimum system requirements. (Requires OS 10.14 or later) If this is an LLCC device, install the Barracuda VPN Client utility directly from Self-Service while on the LLCC campus network. If this is a personal device, access the Apple Store and search for the free Barracuda VPN Client utility. Self-Service Apple Store Search for Barracuda VPN Client in the Apple Store. Click GET button to start the Barracuda VPN Client install process. If you are not logged in, Apple will ask you to login with an Apple ID. This will be your personal Apple ID. If you do not have an Apple ID, see Create an Apple ID on Your Mac. If you are logged in, you may be prompted to enter your Apple ID password. After entering your password the app should now start the install process. After the install is complete, click the Open button. When given the “’Barracuda VPN Client’ would like to add VPN configuration” prompt, click Allow.  The VPN app will know close. Configure Barracuda VPN Client Reopen the Barracuda VPN Client. Select Configure… Set the Server Address to the 66.99.96.250 Click Save. Sign In with the User Authentication section Enter your credentials as llcc\yourusername and password. Click on Connect button. After successful connection, you can now use resources available to you while on an LLCC network. You may need to connect to an LLCC office computer via Windows Remote Desktop for services unavailable on via Barracuda VPN access.

To download and install the software for the LLCC VPN Client software please paste this link into your browser. https://forms.llcc.edu/vpn/default.html  At the top of the screen, choose your Operating System (PC) for detailed instructions and to verify that your system meets the minimum requirements.  Should you need assistance with your full computer name, please contact the IT Help Desk at 786.2555 or helpme@llcc.edu.  At the top right of the window, click on either Alpha Windows 64-Bit or Windows 32-Bit from the downloads. This will download the file and save to your computer.  You must remove any previous installs of the Windows 64-Bit before you can install the Alpha Windows 64-Bit file. Close all open applications on your computer before installing. Access the Windows/File Explorer > Downloads folder Right-click on BarracudaVPN_5.0.1.exe(or BarracudaVPN-WIN32.exe) and select "Run as Administrator" to start the installation routine. Select Yes when prompted. The InstallShield Wizard then starts to prepare the installation files. The cmd.exe program and the Barracuda network Access Client installation window will show. This will confirm the progress of the installation. The cmd.exeand Barracuda Network Access Client windows will close when the installation has been completed. With the Alpha Win 64-Bit installation file, you will be prompted to 'press any key on the keyboard to continue'.  From the Windows Applications/Programs, open Barracuda Network Access Client.   The Barracuda VPN client has been preconfigured for Windows: Select LLCC VPN from the VPN Profiles list. Click on Connect. 3.  Enter your Username (ex: jdoe1234) 4.  Enter your LLCC password 5.  Click on Connect. Once the connection has been established, you can connect to your LLCC Office Computer via Remote Desktop Connection. After logging off or disconnecting, you must Disconnect your VPN Connection. Click on the arrow to show Hidden Icons in the Taskbar, to the left of the date/time. Right click on the Green Circle icon. Click on Disconnect
