How to know who can see or edit your files
1. Navigate to https://office.com
2. From the waffle menu choose OneDrive.
3. From the cogwheel settings menu choose OneDrive settings.
4. Choose More Settings.
From the more settings menu choose Run sharing report.
Once you have chosen a place to save the report it will be run, and an email will be sent to you notifying you of its completion. The report might take several minutes to run.
The Excel spreadsheet will show the files and the permissions of those files on a per user basis. It will show what each user can do or see with the file.
Additionally, you can browse a file/folder list and examine on an item per item basis what permissions were granted.
Chose on the left panel the “Shared” option (1), then select the “By you” option (2) and finally click on the “…” beside the file you are interested in. You will find the permissions and people granted those permissions in the “Manage access” option (3).
