Learn how to submit a Substitute Instruction Payroll on Etrieve

The process to enter your hours for teaching into Etrieve

Steps:

Navigate to llcc.edu
Choose Info For and then Faculty & Staff.
On the Faculty & Staff webpage choose Etrieve for Employees
Enter your username and password
On Etrieve choose the Forms
Choose Substitute Instruction Payroll Certification
On the Substitute Instruction Payroll make sure your name shows up
Choose the position from the pulldown.
Then enter your hours.
Make sure to submit! (It is the button at the bottom of the page.)
