Printer Lock Up

If your departmental MFP printer is locked up and will not print, please submit a ticket to our helpdesk.

Common Cause

A common cause of print queues hanging up is printing directly from the Microsoft Snipping Tool. 
To avoid the print queue from hanging, past your snip(s) into a Word document and saving the Word document prior to printing.
