Using a Classroom Airtame

Using Airtames to Share/Project Your Screen

 

Step 1: Ensure that the TVs (or projectors) that you are sharing to are on and on the proper source/input to see the Airtame home screen (if should look like what is shown below)

Step 2: Open the Airtame app on your instructor PC or Laptop

Step 3: Share to the Airtame(s)
 In the Airtame app,

  1. Type the name of the Airtame you’d like to share your screen to (i.e. SA1103-TV-2).  
  2. If typed correctly, the device will show up in a list below
  3. Choose to either share your entire screen or application/window
     NOTE – if you have already connected to another screen, this button will say “add screen” you can share your content with up to 15 screens at once

Step 4: In the Airtame App, enter the pairing code shown on the TV/Projector

To Stop Sharing your screen

To stop sharing your screen, click to red “stop icon” in the Airtame app that’s to the right of the screen(s) you are casting to

To share your audio with the TVs you are casting to

The audio from your laptop/instructor station is muted by default. To share this audio, click the mute button in the Airtame app (to the right of the screen(s) you are casting to)
