KACE (Agent) - Setting your default queue view
5 STEPS
1. The first step is to open KACE Systems Management Appliance Service Center , navigate to your queue and click All My Tickets
2. Move down to "All Tickets by State" then click All Not Closed State Tickets
3. Click Choose Action
4. Hover over "Set Default View" then click Set Current View As Default
5. That's it. You're done.
