Logitech Group Camera Not Responding

Step 1. Close any open applications and Sign Out of the PC, this will restart the system.

Step 2. Log into the computer and start a video conference.

Step 3. Start your Video and test the camera functionality.

If the camera is still not responding, you will need to reset the system.

Step 1. Unplug the main power line from the wall and wait 30 seconds.

Step 3. Plug the power back in and power on the PC.

Step 4.Log into the computer and start a video conference.

Step 5. Start your Video and test the camera functionality.
