Network printer leaves streaks/ghosted images on paper
Scenario:
The network printer is leaving steaks/ghosted images on the paper printouts.
1.) Contact the IT Helpdesk at 786.2555 or helpme@llcc.edu with the model and toner cartridge number of the network printer and request a replacement.
2.) Once this has been obtained from the IT Helpdesk, replace the old toner cartridge with the new toner cartridge and process a print job.
3.) If the problem persists notify the IT Helpdesk and a technician will be notified of the need for assistance.
