Opening a Shared Calendar in Outlook
From the Outlook desktop application
- Open your Outlook application.
- Select the Calendar icon at the bottom left of the windows.
- Expand the chevron under Shared Calendars or All Group Calendars to view all with permissions to view.
- Select the Calendar to view.
If the Calendar does not appear in your listing
- Right click on Shared Calendars.
- Select Add Calendar.
- Open Shared Calendar.
- Enter the name of the Calendar and select OK.
