If your fax is rejected:
- Try without an email signature.
- If the contents of the fax is just text copy/paste the text to your email, instead of attaching a docx file or PDF. If you find that some characters are oddly formatted after copy/pasting or characters have been replaced with '?', then correct those oddities before sending. Sometimes letter combinations like "ti" are replaced with a special character that handles the kerning for those letters. This special character the fax system does not expect and often results in a failed send or a send with garbled letters.
