Logitech Group Video Conference Technology
Logitech Group Video Collaboration Hardware
GROUP, video conferencing solution (located in the HR Conference room) consists of a wall mounted Flat Panel television, Logitech Camera with a 90° Field of View mounted under the Flat Panel, 10X Zoom, as well as Pan/Tilt functionality via remote control, a Logitech Speakerphone and a networked LLCC computer.
Sign-In the Computer
Log into the networked LLCC computer with your username and password via the wireless keyboard and mouse. If the display appears to be asleep, click on the mouse to awaken the system. Should the Flat Panel be powered off, power on the system via the Samsung remote control. Should the Samsung Flat Panel remote control not function or is not readily available, a power button is located at the bottom of the TV directly in the center, above the camera.
At the end of your meeting time, do NOT Shut Down the computer, simply Sign Out and power off the Flat Panel via the Samsung remote control.
Camera
Once you have joined a meeting via Skype, Microsoft Teams or Zoom and enabled/started the Video, the Logitech Camera will power on and automatically adjust to face the audience. The camera has a 90° Field of View, autofocus, full HD 1080p and 5 camera presets. Using either the Remote Control or buttons on the Speakerphone, you can adjust the video (Pan left/right or Tilt up/down).
Speakerphone
The Speakerphone is in the center of the Conference Room table and should not be moved from this location, due to cable management and system connectivity. In addition to the Remote Control, the Logitech Speakerphone has a matching touch panel that will allow you to Mute the microphone, increase or decrease the speakerphone volume, zoom up to 10X and rotate the camera up/down or left to right via the arrows in the center of the remote (Pan/Tilt).
Camera Remote Control
The Remote Control matches the Logitech Speakerphone touch panel. This will allow you to Mute the microphone, increase or decrease the speakerphone volume, zoom up to 10X and rotate the camera up/down or left to right via the arrows in the center of the remote (Pan/Tilt) and end the meeting.
View the attached Logitech MEETUP Conference User's Guide for details on how to use the system with Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
